You provide trainees with the basics and expertise in the training profession Elektroniker (m/w/d) for energy and building technology and take over the planning, preparation and implementation of the training according to the current training plans. With your technical know-how, you support and accompany the trainees in preparation for interim and final exams, including individual exam preparation, taking into account personal strengths and development areas. In the workshop you are the central person, mentor and godfather and accompany the trainees professionally and personally throughout their training period. You attend and accompany over 60 trainees in various training years, guaranteeing clear structures, binding rules and a smooth training course as well as targeted professional and personal development through feedback and development measures. You actively participate in training marketing measures and work closely with specialist departments, vocational schools and the Chamber of Crafts to ensure high-quality, practical and future-oriented training.
