We: develop the strategic orientation of the building industry in the branch building of the food retail trade for REWE. are responsible for the initiation and design of strategic issues in construction, such as the further development of the green building strategy, maintenance strategies or digitalization strategies. develop new building concepts for our REWE markets. develop concrete solutions and drive visible changes along with the different departments and regional construction departments. are competent contact persons for all concerns and specialist questions concerning planning and construction in the REWE branch building – and offer sound solutions for problems.

You: takes responsibility for the holistic processing of complex issues and projects and controls these topics in parallel. presents and discusses results with top management. participates in the development and maintenance of model building descriptions, model planning and DGNB certifications. develops and advances innovative approaches in construction, such as alternative building materials, our modular timber construction or new construction concepts. moderate workshops with the specialist areas and ensure knowledge transfer between stakeholders. take responsibility for internal initiatives to develop the department. supports the leadership of the regional construction departments. conducts analyses and evaluations on existing approaches and processes.
