- Set up, operate and monitor SMT equipment
- Implementation of set-up operations and material changes
- Operation of reflow soldering systems and template printers
- Control of production quality according to IPC standards
- Error analysis and elimination of simple machine malfunctions
- Support in optimizing manufacturing processes
- Working with the introduction of new products into series production
Your profile
- Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronic:inside) or comparable qualification – cross-enterers:inside with relevant experience are welcome
- Found professional experience in SMT production, ideally 2 years or more
- Knowledge in IPC-A-610, ideally IPC-J-STD
- Technical understanding and safe handling of electronic components
- PC-knowledge (MS Office) for secure documentation and operation of plant-related software
- High quality awareness as well as structured and independent working
- Team skills, commitment and technical problem solving capability
- Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
- Willingness to shiftwork (spring and late shift)
