• Preparation of breakfast plates & meals for breakfast buffet
• Prepare egg dishes
• Preparatory work for lunch or Dinner with vegetarian/vegan dishes
• Work on the chefs
• General cleaning and compliance with HACCP's in the kitchen area
• Help in the kitchen
