Here you ask for change

• Development and introduction of a uniform nomenclature for our property and its buildings
• Compensation and updating of existing data stock based on current outlines
• Adaptation of around 9,000 data sets to the new nomenclature
• Close cooperation with our colleagues in Facility Management to ensure data quality

This brings you

• You are a student in the field of economic engineering, civil engineering, facility management, architecture or a comparable course of study or have gained similar experience through training or practical work
• Careful, structured and reliable operation as well as a good eye for detail
• First experiences in handling floor plans, CAD software or database systems are desirable
• Good knowledge in Excel or other data processing tools
• Self-working and pleasure in systematic data analysis
