Your new tasks

• You introduce and work the trainees into the tasks and responsibility of the care of the elderly and implement the training concept
• You control the level of training, practically instruct the trainees and document this in accordance with the guidelines in the curriculum
• You promote the cooperative handling of trainees with all areas within the institution and external cooperation partners and communicate with the schools
• You work in the living area and ensure a living-oriented, individual basic and treatment care
• You secure the quality standards and work with the continuous improvement processes

• You have a state-recognized training for the nursing professional, nurse/career, nursing caregiver or nurse/career
• You have at least two years of professional experience in old care
• You have completed the training on the practical instructions according to the national regulations or are ready to complete them
• You are ready to participate in the annual compulsory education
• With your empathic and responsible way, you spread a positive feeling among residents and trainees
