Junior Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Support for tender processing and monitoring of public tender procedures Examination and assessment of construction contracts of all kinds (according to VOB/B and BGB) Participation in the development and implementation of project-related contractual strategies Contract management during the project term in close coordination with project management, purchasing and legal department Support of project teams related to the creation and submission of grants Analysis and Evaluation of Subsidies and Contract Risks Focusing on Prevention and Legal Assurance Support for communication with clients and subcontractors Implementation of internal training in contract management

Complete studies in civil engineering First practical experience in contract management, in construction management or project management Basic knowledge of contract law, follow-up management and the application of VOB/B Impressed communication strength, consulting skills and enforcement Structured and independent working and team skills First experience with industry specific software (e.g. RIB iTWO) desirable Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
