(Senior) Travel Safety and Incident Management Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation and further development of travel security for companies of the Schwarz Group You are a central contact for our travelers on the topic of travel security You coordinate cooperation with the relevant internal (e.g. travel management) and external interfaces (e.g. service providers, international health insurance) You are driving forward the implementation and further development of the group-wide minimum travel safety requirements You can also participate in risk classifications and country classifications and design training, briefings and approval processes for our travellers You are responsible for group-wide incident management and define criteria for security-relevant events You coordinate the monitoring, evaluation and processing of safety-related incidents You shape the use of relevant software and service providers related to Travel security and Incident Management You recognize security-relevant trends (e.g. accumulating incidents) and define corresponding KPI

You have successfully completed your studies, e.g. with a focus on security management, economics or political sciences. a comparable qualification with themes You bring multi-year relevant professional experience (e.g. corporate security, intelligence, travel security, international relations) with You will learn about your methodological knowledge and practical experience in travel insurance / incident management (e.g. ISO 31030) You have expertise in implementing and applying supportive IT systems and can formulate, evaluate and address IT requirements You show high performance and operational readiness as well as ease of handling complex situations You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing You like to work with people and are ready to take responsibility You bring the willingness to take on call and international mission
