In Germany, STRABAG AG is the market leader in road transport and offers all services - from digital planning to building materials production and construction, construction of projects to maintenance and entertainment through its own road operating services. During your 3-year training period, you will learn the training content through active participation in day-to-day business as well as through professional training and group-internal training. You get to know commercial and business processes in theory and practice. You can help you to pick up and buy building materials and construction services. You work in accounting and learn all relevant processes. You will get insights into the technical calculation and the processing of offers. You will get insights into the daily activities in the construction site business. You are committed to feeling well supported by our colleagues and are an important part of everything that our team is moving.

You have at least the upper secondary school with good grades in mathematics and German. You are interested in commercial activities and the construction industry. You're in contact and enjoy dealing with other people. You are characterized by a high degree of initiative and flexibility. You bring learning readiness, reliability and good communication skills. Your class B license is an additional plus.
