Field of activity

The Central Services department is responsible for all internal and external services of our DRV-IT DSRV & Services department. These include the Central, Writing, Process Services/Hotline teams as well as basic tasks including procurement and contract management. In the Process Services and Hotline team, we are the first point of contact for the support of our internal and external customers for the more than 200 procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data center and process a variety of requests every day that are checked and released.

Your duties

• User management care for access to all DSRV procedures
• Processing of requests for transmission in compliance with legal provisions
• Check and release of electronic requests for transmission requests
• Maintaining hotline tasks (1st-level support) for the procedures of the Pension Insurance Data Centre and detecting fault messages in the Incident Management Tool
• Support the ticketing tool including the associated monitoring and coordination of ticket processing in the data center of pension insurance

Your profile

• A successfully completed administrative or office oriented Vocational training
• First professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Experiences in dealing with a Incident management tool and with databases
• IT affinity and IT confession, a high degree of customer orientation and pronounced communication skills complete your profile
