You are responsible for the holistic assistance within a reference care concept, including personalised care activities You organize the daily structure in the facility and implement it You take over reference clients and accompany the implementation of the concept of ''In Operation'' mobile day support with a 20% job share You are responsible for the process of promoting work in the concept ''Feinwerk'' You are responsible for the collection, documentation and barrier-free access to targets and measures for the professional development of clients You work cooperatively in the team, with the cooperation partners and the relatives/residential assistance systems

You have completed vocational training, as a cure nurse (w/d/m), Ergotherapeut (w/d/m), educator (w/d/m), cure pedagogue (w/d/m) or a comparable qualification You have a high personal claim to actively implement personalised concepts You bring experience in working with people with high assistance needs You are versed in the area of supported communication You know the work with people with creative action patterns You are interested and motivated to advance the development of the daycare and its work offers MS-Office knowledge complete your profile
