As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. As a competence center for network construction projects, network technology and (large) project management, the Technology & Projects division provides the necessary expertise to the network construction projects of TransnetBW. With the conversion of the AC network and the construction of the DC network, the teams create the conditions for the success of the energy transition and take over the cost, budget and implementation responsibility. You carry out operational tasks in project management – including data plausibility and care in SAP, creating presentations and logging of meetings. Your team can also rely on you when standardizing and optimizing project management processes. By developing automation solutions for project standards, e.g. Excel-VBA or Java, you can significantly increase our efficiency. With Power BI, you will create interactive dashboards and support data-based decision-making in project management. You accompany the introduction of new tools like Jira and help establish them in the project teams.

You are an intangible student (w/m/d) of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course Project management is interested, so you want to gain practical experience You are IT-affin, safe to use MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI – and ideally bring first programming knowledge (e.g. in VBA or Java) A reliable, structured and independent way of working is another of your strengths and you like to work in new topics You are communicative and appreciate the cooperation with colleagues from different disciplines You plan your student activity with a duration of at least 12 months and 10–20 hours per week
