Technical leadership and further development of a team of around eight employees in the field of public development with the focus on construction design. Building contractor representation in the implementation of development measures, including the superordinate control of planning and execution, as well as the coordination of the interfaces between internal teams, external planning offices, construction companies and authorities. Responsibility for the financial planning of the area of responsibility, including budgeting, cost management and risk management, in close coordination with the project management and external stakeholders. Control and monitoring of contract management with focus on runtime, performance and cost control. Ensuring compliance with cost, time and quality objectives across the entire project course. Initiating and implementing optimization measures to increase quality and efficiency in the area of responsibility. Ensuring transparent project documentation and meaningful reporting to comply with internal and external requirements.

Completed studies (university, university or master studies) of the field of infrastructure and/or Civil engineering, environmental engineering / environmental sciences or construction project management; as an alternative to business or economics. Long-term professional and leadership experience in the results-driven implementation of complex development and infrastructure projects from larger locations or settlement areas. Good knowledge of the applicable technical and regulatory requirements (including VOB, HOAI, AHO, VgV) and budgetary requirements of the public sector (LHO, ABau). Safe handling of MS Office and usual project control software. Creativity and joy in the development and evaluation of infrastructure concepts for quarterly developments. Safe judgment in technical and economic matters. Proactive, structured functioning, pronounced coordination and high self-initiative.
