Manager Corporate Valuation and Investments

As a manager:in Corporate Valuation and Investments, you are responsible for the financial assessment of strategic investment projects and develop resilient business cases as well as sound economic analysis. In the context of M&A projects, you take on self-assessment and act as a financial-sided:saving partner:in relevant interface areas. You design, develop and provide integrated financial models, for example on the basis of discounted cash flow approaches, and perform sound scenario and sensitivity analyses. The implementation of impairment tests is your responsibility, while developing the underlying methods and assessment approaches continuously. You will prepare complex assessment results for addressing and create decision-making documents for management, board and committees. As the first occupation, you actively shape structures and standards in the field of corporate valuation & investments and develop consistent evaluation processes as well as governance frameworks for strategic investment decisions in the Group.

You have a degree in economics or business management with a focus on finance, controlling or corporate finance or a comparable qualification, such as a CFA. In addition, you will bring multi-year relevant professional experience in the field of corporate finance, valuation, transaction advisory, auditing or participation controlling of a larger company. Finding and detectable experience in the financial modeling of complex investment projects as well as in the application of common evaluation methods are a feature. You have a very good understanding of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, as well as a strong analytical and conceptual skills for the structured processing of complex issues. Communication strength, team capacity and the ability to work together with disciplines, M&A units and management at eye level are among your strengths. An independent, structured and result-oriented way of working, combined with a high self-initiative, design motivation and a sovereign appearance, complete your profile.
