With the DiaLOG project, we create professional opportunities for entry into care for people already living in Germany with migration and escape background. In doing so, you support the project participants in practical facilities of care in Lübeck, Ostholstein and Herzogtum-Lauenburg on their individual path to the Care field. Care: You design and conduct a care base course for the participants. Learn to accompany: You accompany the learning processes of the participants and support them in their personal development. Strengthening practice: You are individually responsible for the participants in their professional practice. Promote reflection: You conduct regular reflection talks with participants and our cooperation partners in practice. Challenges: You support technical and cultural issues and stand as a reliable contact person. Advance: You regularly exchange information about learning levels and individual funding needs. You work closely with social pedagogues and language media in the project team.
