Team Leader IT Customer Management – Public Administration (m/f/d)

With your customer team, you will take care of the comprehensive care of ministries of the state of Baden-Württemberg and their subordinate areas. You know the daily challenges of our customer, have the overall overview of its IT needs and support its strategic development As head of the customer team, you take over the concept, development and control of your responsibility You are responsible for the staff management and development of your employees Your tasks include the further development and optimization of the operating processes in cooperation with the departments You are a contact person for your customer as well as internal and external partners and work closely with the Head of Units and Team Leaders of the other departments The development and maintenance of a permanent customer relationship in terms of operational issues are your core tasks You also take over the management of projects in your area of responsibility

You have a university degree at a university (master, diploma or comparable) or an accredited master's degree from another university (qualification for higher service) e.g. the field of computer science or management or a comparable field of expertise You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience through your vocational training or due to your professional qualifications and multi-year relevant activities You have well-founded knowledge and several years of experience in account management and customer support and operational IT. Ideally, you have experiences from public administration You are distinguished as convincing and loyal and are willing and experienced to deal constructively with increasing requirements You have experience in managing and developing employees and teams, as well as an above-average level of service and customer orientation Your working style is structured and it is easy for you to grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic solutions. You work proactively, independently and solution-oriented Communication strength, negotiation skills, loadability and flexibility are the key features. By providing a high level of service orientation, empathy and good and binding communication ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
