The “Securities Services Development” division is responsible for the further development of the securities business services for client solutions, corporates and private customers bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Securities data management: management of initiatives and maintenance of securities data, including master files, class data and other relevant information to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data throughout the company. Preparation and maintenance of emission data: supervision of the preparation and maintenance of emission data for financial instruments such as certificates, warrants, bonds and certification-like structures and management of these data in the WM database to ensure consistency and correctness. Project support: project cooperation to implement static data for the securities processing sector. Compliance and document verification: verification of incoming contractual documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines. Process improvement and workflow support: implementation of process improvements and support in optimizing workflows with a focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of securities data management processes for securities processing. Continuous learning and development of expertise: commitment to continuous learning and further development to become an expert in securities data management, with the ability to expand knowledge and contribute to best practices within the company.

Embossed organizational skills: ability to manage and maintain complex securities data systems, ensure the accuracy and consistency of emission data and monitor efficient workflows. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills to provide customer support and work with colleagues to ensure a high service standard and an efficient solution of enquiries. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Project management: Proven ability to support and participate in innovative projects and special project tasks that match the organisation's strategic objectives and ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives. Functional knowledge: deep understanding of securities data management and the preparation of emission data for financial instruments such as certificates, warrants and bonds. Expertise in compliance with legal regulations and verification of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Experience: Experience in the field of securities data management, compliance or financial operations focusing on data accuracy, document testing and process optimization. Additional competencies: Continuous learning with the aim of expanding the know-how in the field of securities data and staying up to date through industry trends and best practices.
