A focus of your work is the support of the fleet management in all aspects of the daily business, such as purchasing, contract and cost management (leaning, insurance and maintenance). You are the central contact person:in our service car users:inside and ensuring smooth support and continuous optimization of car-related processes. In addition, a part of your work is the creation of offers and the general order processing, with you being the first point of contact for inquiries and representing INWATEC to customers and suppliers. In addition, you support the field service and management in day-to-day business with all themes relating to order processing and take over general administrative tasks. As part of our admin teams, you are responsible for regular customer support by phone and email (No Acquise or Marketing!).

You have a completed commercial training or several years comparable professional experience. A careful and independent way of working, team spirit and organizational talent are the key to you. German and English you can speak and write. Very good knowledge in handling MS Office as well as an EDV system, ideally Sage, complete your profile. Your main workstation is located in our headquarters in Bergheim. That's why your place of residence should be around. First experiences in fleet management are advantageous, but no prerequisite.
