Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You take over the design and execution of the entire recruitment process including the creation of job alerts and the execution of applicant management. Support of various personal marketing measures Participation and design of HR projects full processing and support of the entire onboarding process Supporting and consulting in all personal processes as well as competent and proactive contact persons for colleagues (m/w/d) responsible for the further development of service quality and for the optimization of HR processes Participation and design of HR projects Contact person for employee representation Planning and implementation of all contractual matters taking into account the applicable provisions Leading personnel talks (every way) Creating Abmahnungen/ Cancellations BGM and BEM support Compensation for monthly wage and salary accounting Building, further development and digitization of personal processes Advising branch management and executives in all personal matters Control and monitoring of labour law issues Organisation of training regular production of statistics, evaluations and reports responsible for the design and implementation of personnel procurement and recruitment processes Leading and guiding interviews to contract design Acquisition of additional projects Contact persons of trainees of the respective training professions Support or development of appropriate strategies on themes: Personal development, personal marketing and employee satisfaction
