In order to expand our team at the Bausekretariat at the Düsseldorf site, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/w/d).

Processing of all secretarial and assistance activities Collection of performance directories and offers Invoicing according to the scale and specification of the construction line appointment coordination and administrative tasks settlement of correspondence with customers and service providers construction file guidance as well as storage and re-submission

Successfully completed commercial training Ideally multiannual experience in the construction industry in a similar position Secure knowledge about Microsoft 365 Self-responsive, self-responsive and structured work with a pronounced team capacity and service orientation High reliability and good communication and expression
