Professional and disciplinary leadership of the design team: You take responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the team of mechanical construction. Through targeted assignments, regular voting and the promotion of your employees, you ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, on time and in high quality. You act as a competent contact for your team and support it. Control and coordination of construction projects: With your distinct organizational skills, you coordinate and monitor all construction activities. You ensure the adherence to timetables and ensure a smooth project run. You work closely with other departments such as project management and purchasing. Development and optimization of technical solutions: Thanks to your technical expertise, you accompany the development of our plant concepts from the idea to the finished machine. You support your team in complex design tasks, check technical solutions for feasibility and ensure continuous optimization of existing products and processes. Communication strength and cross-division cooperation: As a central interface between design, production, sales and other specialist departments, you can provide an open exchange of information and ensure efficient cooperation. Resource and capacity planning: With your predictive thinking, you plan personnel and capacity resources within the department. You recognize early bottlenecks, prioritize projects in line with requirements and ensure an optimal utilisation of the team to ensure a timely project processing.

Technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in mechanical construction, ideally in machine or plant engineering Experience in handling common CAD systems First leadership experience required Above-average commitment and high self-initiative Very good communication and team skills as well as safe occurrence English knowledge mandatory Self-employed and structured work Responsibility and interest in the leadership and development of the team
