4.4 Building Management – Damage and Disturbation Centre (Meldestelle)-

Building management maintains and maintains over 400 urban or urbanly used real estates of various types of use throughout the city of Arnsberg. In the team of five other building craftsmen (two carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians) your essential tasks are in the field of repair and rebuilding work. To a large extent, they organize their work independently.

Our requirements: • Complete vocational training for tiles:in or mason:in • experience in both pre-designed craft activities • Experience in fire protection is desirable • They act independently, structured and result-oriented, occur safely and can prevail • Team and communication skills • Secure smartphone handling • Experiences of typical MS Office applications • Class B driving licence • Willingness to continue and further education
