Kyana Pflegedienst GmbH is an outpatient care service with a focus on quality, professionalism and reliable care in the home environment. After the successful construction of our first location in Bad Vilbel, we expand our offer and now open our second location in Oberursel. We want to establish high-quality, human and well-organized care from the outset. We are looking for a dedicated nursing service (m/w/d) that has the pleasure of shaping structures, building processes and forming a strong team.

You design schedules and organize workflows to ensure a smooth daily routine Your leadership skills are used to guide the team and efficiently structure the care and care processes Quality management is particularly important to you, and you make sure that the highest standards are met Regularly carry out care visas to ensure continuous progress and quality of care

A completed training as a health and nursing care provider is required for the position as a nursing service manager*in and a further training for care services is required.
