Complete studies (e.g. business informatics, business management, computer science or comparable) and multi-year leadership experience as well as experience in managing complex projects or programs Extensive understanding of the role and responsibility as a leadership High IT affinity and understanding for bank processes and ideally the Sparkassen financial group Experience in transformation and change projects and in cross-departmental cooperation Strategic thinking, conceptual strength and pronounced implementation orientation Communication strength, networking competence and safe occurrence at different management levels High self-initiative, willingness to design and joy in building and developing new topics
