Budget and Result Responsibility — Control of relevant KPIs, margins, purchasing conditions and economic targets

Customer orientation & consulting — expert support for customers and internal contact persons in technical and commercial matters

Ensuring order & compliance — compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards and audit requirements

Experience in the division — Multiannual professional practice in the spare parts, accessories or logistics area of an auto house or car company

Management competency — Detectable experience in the management of a team, ideally in the parts or service environment

Technical understanding — Safe handling of manufacturer systems, parts catalogues and common DMS systems

Analytical Strength — Ability to interpret key figures, optimize stocks and make economic decisions

Structured operation — High organisational ability, process thinking and quality awareness
