You already have several years of experience in B2B sales or customer support – ideally in the IT, hosting or agency environment You have a good technical understanding and a quick understanding to quickly penetrate and distribute even complex technical products You draw your attention to emotional, need-driven marketing and sales activities Your strength is to find the right words to inform customers not only, but to awaken their curiosity and needs You have experience in target group segmentation, KPI analyses and strategy development You are creative, think solutions like big and have skills to win others for your ideas Targeted and proactive communication at eye level is absolutely your thing You have optimally already experience in managing a (project) team and your leadership style builds on skills, inspiration and eye height
