As a team manager Campus Network, you are responsible for the strategic development and stable operation of the global campus network platform. In this role you take over the Service Ownership and Product Ownership for the Campus Network Services (LAN, WLAN, Network Access, Network Access Security) and manage their development along clearly defined service and product roadmaps. You lead a highly specialized engineering team and ensure that campus networks are provided as scalable, secure and business-oriented platform services. At the same time, you carry the budget and lifecycle responsibility for technologies, services and corresponding investments.

Building a service and product-oriented organization in the area of Campus Networking As a Service Owner for Campus Network Services Responsibility for the entire Service Lifecycle and the Strategic Development End-to-End Responsibility for Design, Quality, Stability and Continuous Improvement of Campus Network Services Responsibility for Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis and Sustainable Improvement Measures Ensuring service performance, availability, security and customer satisfaction Development and ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Service KPIs

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) computer science, computer science or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Enterprise Network and experience in a leadership position Evidence of success in managing global or regional network infrastructure across multiple sites Knowledge of network solutions in the campus area Experience with network design, segmentations, zero-trust architectures and firewall infrastructures Knowledge with tools for network monitoring, automation and configuration management Knowledge of ITIL processes, ISO 27001 and ITIL-based service management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
