In the role of NTT DATA network specialist, you are responsible for the planning and optimization of complex network and WLAN infrastructures. You bring multi-annual network experience and have a Cisco certification on professional levels. Their tasks include troubleshooting, customer advice and the management of workshops. As an experienced network specialist, you are the central point of contact for our customers when it comes to demanding Cisco network and WLAN solutions. You plan, engage and optimise complex network and Wi-Fi infrastructures and are technical savings partners for customers and colleagues. You analyze network problems, go to the ground and talk to your Troubleshooting know-how for smooth processes. For installation and configuration, you are increasingly relying on automation (e.g. with Ansible or Python). You conduct workshops with the customer, develop individual network strategies and combine them with best practices from leading manufacturers. In larger projects, you take technical responsibility and make sure that quality and documentation are correct.

Multiannual professional experience in the network and WLAN environment Cisco certification on professional levels (e.g. CCNP), ideally even on expert levels (CCIE) Deep knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center/SDA, Access & Data Center Networks (Nexus) and WiFi (Cisco Controller & Meraki) Experiences with Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE Basic knowledge of automation and scripting (Ansible, Python) A structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and a real slope to the Troubleshooting Communication strength, team spirit and a pronounced customer orientation German and English insurance readiness to travel - also international and desire for new technologies
