Project Developer: Permitting Process (m/f/d)

Development and control of the approval strategy for our BESS projects (BImSchG method, construction permit, construction planning) Preparation of applications for approval and presentation of these to the competent authorities and accompanying the procedure until the notification commissioning and testing of expert opinions (e.g. fire protection, sound, nature protection, soil protection, species protection) and ensuring their quality and appointment Central contact person for approval authorities and municipalities and voting communication with them Close cooperation with the other project developers:inside from legal, management and engineering

Ideally completed studies in the field of economics or comparable technical studies Multiannual practical experience in the management of approval procedures, ideally in the field of renewable energies, BESS or industrial plants Experience in working with BImSchG, BauGB, UVPG and relevant environmental and specialist law (e.g. nature conservation, water, immission protection law) Experience in cooperation with licensing authorities High level of communication and team skills and strong organisational skills Readiness for authorities and local dates Very good German and English in word and writing
