We are looking for a part-time with up to 35 hours a week at the next possible time Teamleiter Marketing (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Holistic development, planning and implementation of all marketing activities in the national and international B2B environment Ensuring uniform brand and corporate communication (CI/CD) as well as responsibility for brand law and brand protection. Conception, implementation and optimization of central marketing measures, e.g. catalogs, B2B mailings etc. Management and coordination of strategic, cross-sectoral projects Care and development of marketing processes and documentation (e.g. in the Consense Tool) Professional and disciplinary leadership of the marketing team Resources, Budget and Travel Planning

Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, communication sciences, business management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B sector of a manufacturing company First leadership experiences are desirable Secure handling of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Webshops) Good English knowledge of word and writing Routinized handling of MS Office products and knowledge of a CMS tool (e.g. TYPO3), PIM systems (e.g. perfion) and graphics/content tools High commitment, creativity and communication skills
