Project Manager - HLSK-E / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You conduct and coordinate projects in the field of HLSK-E from concept phase to completion You create and monitor project plans, budgets and schedules You ensure compliance with project objectives and requirements You are the main contact partner:in for customers:inside, architect:inside You care and build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction You coordinate and agree with internal and external project participants You evaluate and select technical solutions and materials You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and relevant regulations and standards You carry out technical tests and acceptances You monitor and control costs, quality and dates You start regular status reports and project documentation You carry out risk analyses and develop countermeasures

You have a degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary, climate or electric You bring several years of professional experience in the project management, ideally in the field of HLSK-E You have knowledge of technical building equipment and relevant standards and regulations You have strong communication and team skills as well as a safe occurrence You have a high degree of organisational skills and enforcement You are able to keep track of stressful situations and set priorities You have good knowledge of project management software and MS Office You have a class B licence
