You are handcrafted, technically versed and like to pack? Then our facility management supports as an object manager and ensure that one of the most beautiful buildings in Fürth works reliably. You carry out repairs, minor reconstructions and dry construction work You support internal moves and surface changes You control technical systems and eliminate minor disturbances You coordinate external service providers and accompany their work You check ladders, trims and shelves and document the results You take care of our outdoor facilities and the winter service You support technical projects and investment measures You take over tasks in waste management and resource management You're involved in call and alert readiness

You have a completed training in a craft occupation You have experience in drywall You have a qualification for testing ladders, treads and shelves You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
