Trustful cooperation with the management level as well as advice and austerity of executives in all HR issues Comprehensive staff support for managers and employees Control and implementation of operational and strategic HR processes, such as personnel planning, onboarding, personnel development, salary and bonus rounds as well as employee talk rounds with the involvement of the respective HR expert teams Development and implementation of strategic HR projects Processing and communication of relevant information from the Corporate HR area via suitable employee information events Analysis of KPI-based evaluations and derivation and implementation of appropriate measures together with the management of the Business Unit

Successfully completed business or psychological studies with personal economic reference or comparable training At least 3 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner:in, preferably in a service company of the construction and real estate industry Good knowledge of labour law and good knowledge of tax and social security law of advantage flowing German and good English skills as well as an international mindset Proactive approach, analytical method and digital affinity Flexibility, loadability and enforcement strength as well as conceptual strength Ready to travel in Baden-Württemberg
