Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team at the corrugated board and offset lamination system Ensuring a smooth production process with regard to quality, quantity and schedule Monitoring and optimization of machine performance and reduction of downtime Planning, flexibility and control of personnel use Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental standards Analysis of production indicators and derivation of improvement measures Training and further development of employees Efficient organization of the working environment (handling, storage and booking of paper rolls & printed sheets, glue kitchen, etc) Cooperative cooperation with interface departments such as maintenance, processing, quality assurance and production planning Support for investment projects, lean projects and technical optimization

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, packaging technology or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the corrugated board industry, packaging industry or in a manufacturing company Experience in the leadership of employees and production processes Technical understanding of machinery, equipment and automation technology Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP and Process Optimization Secure handling of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial work Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous.
