Service employee at the train station

We are looking for you as a service employee at the station (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Rosenheim site in due time until 30.10.2027. Your tasks:

You are the face of the Deutsche Bahn and are always professional and competent for all questions and concerns at your disposal: Your tasks include performing non-discriminatory traveller information using the provided information systems and media even in case of malfunctions in the course of operation, in case of changes in track, in case of failure of trains or connection failures You provide assistance for mobility-restricted travellers and work out travel alternatives with missed connections in coordination with the 3-S-Central As a trustee for our customers: you receive information, help limited mobility people on the platform and, if necessary, provide first aid activities The takeover of tasks in the mobile service in the railway station and on boarding as well as the processing of locker matters is also part of your task You ensure compliance with service and security standards by showing presence at the platform In the event of a malfunction, you pass the relevant information to our passengers

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training e.g. as a hotel businessman, restaurant expert, office businessman, etc A very good host mentality and understanding of an adequate performance characterize you in every situation You bring a high level of communication skills and secure and binding occurrence with Good traffic geographic knowledge as well as pronounced customer and service-oriented action – even in difficult situations – are of course for you You are ready to work on our outdoor platforms and you are open to a shift (even on weekends and holidays) Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English are no problem for you Responsibility, self-initiative, flexibility as well as strong communication and conflictability complete your profile
