Become part of our team and design the industrial park of the future for textile production in Mönchengladbach. The Textilfabrik 7.0 project (www.t7-management.de) consists of several building blocks and development phases. Together with the University of Applied Sciences Niederrhein and RWTH Aachen, a technology centre for innovative and sustainable production processes is created. At the same time, EWMG and WFMG are working on the vision of a zero-emission industrial park of the future (T7 Park), whose development is to be promoted as part of the project that has been written out here to the ready for implementation. You work at the interface of the two companies. The EWMG is a central player for the development of the residential and business location of Mönchengladbach. It opens up residential and commercial areas, accompanies construction projects holistic and strengthens urban development through land revitalization and the extraction of investors for innovative projects. As a majority shareholder, EWMG holds 51% at WFMG – Wirtschaftsförderung Mönchengladbach. WFMG acts as a private-public innovation and funding agency with the aim of creating and securing jobs in the city, as well as further developing the business location across the industry and in the future.

You coordinate cooperation with partners and stakeholders and guide and moderate work meetings, workshops and exchange formats. The establishment and maintenance of a strong network (e.g. investors, users, co-users and other stakeholders) will drive you forward actively and also serve specific settlement operations at T7 Park. With creative ideas and commitment, you work on the T7's PR and marketing strategy as well as its implementation and present the project at trade and real estate fairs. You create strong structures, provide clear communication and report on project progress towards our stakeholders. The analysis and documentation of existing corporate cooperations in the T7 Factory as well as the assessment of potential new partners are also driving you ahead. From your findings, you conduct strategic recommendations for action and develop a roadmap for the sustainable maintenance of the textile factory 7.0.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business, textile and clothing technology, engineering or comparable. With relevant experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally at the interface between public and private sectors as well as with scientific partners, you use your communicative skills in German and English to clearly and convincingly represent your position. With the right level of self-initiative, you also convince us with your trustful appearance and an analytical and predictive problem-solving competence. At the same time, you also appreciate the work in the team. Knowledge about sustainable energy supply, digitalization, circular economy and zero emission concepts is also desirable.

Depending on the qualification, the grouping takes place according to the rules of the collective agreement for the public service for the administration (TVöD-V) sector up to the remuneration group 13.
