Building services engineer - Heating systems / Ventilation technology / Sanitary planning (m/f/d)

You plan and project demanding systems of supply technology (HKLS) with AutoCAD and ensure compliance with technical standards and building regulations. As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with architects, builders and other specialist planners to guarantee a smooth project run. You create detailed tender documents, contribute to the award and support the project management in cost and budget planning. You accompany the execution on the construction site, monitor the quality of the technical work and document the progress of the construction. You accompany the commissioning of the technical installations, carry out the final acceptance tests and ensure a complete transfer documentation.

You have completed your studies in utilities and Building technology or a comparable area – a completed craft training is a welcome plus. You bring at least two years of professional experience in the TGA planning. You are familiar with the common legal and administrative regulations as well as standards and work routined with MS Office and AutoCAD – Revit knowledge is of advantage. You communicate safely in German (C1) in order to precisely coordinate with all project participants. You are passionate about the topics of the energy transition and want to actively participate in sustainable solutions.
