Tasks

• You act as a primary contact person for customers: both by phone and personally
• You create offers and coordinate order management. You accompany customers actively throughout the entire contract process
• In the field of new customer acquisitions, you use telephone and email contacts to find out what needs customers have, and inspire them from our high-quality solution portfolio
• You are responsible for creating product presentations and assists in planning sales events

Requirements profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or office clerk (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the sales service, ideally experience in the new customer acquisition of B2B customers
• Communication strength
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Good knowledge of English
• independent and careful operation
