Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Lollar The logistical support of the distribution of spare parts in Germany and abroad is one of your core tasks. You enter orders for specific countries and agree availability and delivery dates closely with other specialist departments. You control and monitor the spare parts supply of our technicians: inside the world, clarify initial fittings, process deviations and initiate corrective measures if necessary. You are responsible for the smooth running of the operational shipping, transport and customs processing. You support the operational shipping process, process mailboxes and clarify shipping deviations with internal specialist departments as well as external logistics and IT service providers. Every day, you collect key figures in the delivery process, create reports and agree on improvement measures that you follow consistently. Continuously identify potential for improvement, analyze and optimize processes in order and shipping processing for spare parts. Last but not least, you are actively working on projects, supporting tests and documentation and accompanying Go-Lives.

Training: completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experiences and know-how: deep process understanding for analysis and optimization of logistical processes; Experience in order and shipping processing, ideally with SAP; good SAP knowledge; safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access Personality and working methods: You like to take responsibility for your tasks and always work customer-oriented; you will be able to maintain a cool head even in phases of high working intensity and react flexibly to new conditions; You will be happy to work independently and structured, in which you can analytically penetrate complex issues and develop constructive solutions in the team Working day: willingness to participate in the operational readiness (08:00 – 16:00) on site in Lollar in exchange with the team Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing
