Online marketing specialist – SEO/SEA in Breckerfeld (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of all SEO and SEA measures – from planning to continuous optimization. Content and performance data analyze both technical and analytical and derive concrete recommendations for action. Together with the product managers, you develop a strategic content roadmap and define relevant topics, formats and priorities. Through targeted measures, you increase e-commerce performance with focus on conversion, visibility and ROI. Existing content is checked regularly with regard to target audience relevance and revenue impact. Campaign, traffic and user data systematically evaluate you to identify optimization potentials. As a SEA specialist, you take on budget responsibility, control campaigns and ensure transparent performance tracking. You can continuously expand brand visibility on e-commerce platforms and digital channels. Significant dashboards and reports on relevant KPIs are created and developed by you. Regularly report to internal stakeholders and advise them on the basis of clear, data-driven recommendations. Keep an overview of all digital marketing activities and ensure a coordinated, targeted implementation.

A completed study in the field of marketing, business, computer science or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. You bring multi-year professional experience in digital marketing – ideally in the e-commerce environment. In the fields of SEO, SEA (e.g. Google Ads, if applicable Bing Ads) and performance marketing, you have a profound knowledge and practical experience. Analytical thinking is one of your strengths, and the safe handling of data as well as relevant KPIs is of course for you. With popular web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console or Tag Manager you work routined. Dashboards and reports create professional, for example with Looker Studio, Power BI or comparable tools. A good technical understanding of websites, tracking setups and conversion optimization is what distinguishes you. Strategic thinking as well as the ability to expertly advise and convince stakeholders are part of your profile. A self-contained, structured and result-oriented procedure is of course for you. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
