The clinic for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy offers treatment options for the entire spectrum of psychosomatic disorders with its psychosomatic station, daily clinic and institute clinic. The focus of the treatment is on somatoform disorders, depressions with physical accompanying symptoms, anxiety disorders, chronic pain disorders, and patient with tackling disorders in complex somatic diseases. The integration of the clinic into a professionally broad hospital of regional care enables close interdisciplinary cooperation, differential diagnosis and treatment of patients. Our experienced team of specialists, psychologists, specialist therapists and co-therapeutic nursing staff accompany patients during their intensive individual psychotherapeutic treatment process. Due to the possibility of differential diagnosis, there is also the possibility for patients with somatic understanding of disease or treatment requirements to develop a biopsychosocial understanding of disease.
The clinic works with an integrative psychotherapeutic treatment concept focusing on behavioral therapeutic and deep psychology methods. The proximity of the place of residence of the treatment makes it possible for members and important subjects to be included directly in the therapy process, to clarify social issues on site and to analyse therapeutic exercises or Load testing can be carried out in the usual environment. The clinic also offers the possibility of an interval therapy or outpatient treatment of chronically ill patients.
