AMD TÜV Arbeitsmedizindienst GmbH is part of TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance. With you as an assistant in the branch line, the threads work together! You plan and organize dates for customers and colleagues and always keep an overview. Yours? Come to the team! You support your own and proactive support for the effective relief of the branch management in organisational, administrative and conceptual tasks. You'll create and prepare reports, statistics, documentation, decision templates and presentations. You independently evaluate and conduct extensive research. You carry out project tasks and accompany customer support. You plan and organize internal and external meetings and events. You do travel organization and billing as well as ongoing schedule monitoring. The place can be exercised in full and part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

At least completed commercial vocational training, would be desirable to complete economic studies or comparable higher vocational training qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Sovereign Application of MS Office Programs High organisational competence as well as structured and targeted working methods Professional and friendly appearance as well as pronounced service orientation and high self-responsibility, enforcement capacity and communication strength. High level of loyalty, reliability and discretion Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
