The Column Strategy & Pioneering Digitalization team coordinates the overarching functional strategies of the MO Board of Management. During your activity, you take responsibility in the orientation and communication of the six MO strategy pillars with the involvement of the relevant departments and departments and assist you in the implementation of the necessary decisions in the bodies. In addition, we are responsible for the strategy pillar of digitalization (“Pioneering Digitalization”) and design measures and initiatives to make the MO team fit for the digital future.
