Contact person for tenants for technical questions and problems Management of a ticket and documentation system for the collection and processing of messages Organisation and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on existing properties commissioning and coordination of service providers as well as coordination as required Control of orders and compliance with budget requirements Creation of tenders, performance directories and award proposals for maintenance measures Implementation of local acceptances Processing of warranty matters

completed commercial training and at least 3 years of experience in a technical environment Good technical understanding and ability to economically evaluate measures Experience in budget planning and monitoring Embossed communication skills in word and writing Economic thinking and organisational strength Teamability and enforcement Knowledge of software solutions such as Orca or Domus
