To strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for you as:

(Associate) Manager (m/w/d)

In this responsible position, you are the central contact person for the processing and coordination of all orders within the supply chain management. Your focus is on the operational handling of orders, accounting management, auditing and control of processes and monitoring of logistics processes and stocks. Your tasks

Order processing: You collect and disable orders and ensure a smooth handling. Account management: You reliably process invoices, credits and cuts. Control & Examination: You carefully check invoices, credits and charges, book them in SAP and control prices and conditions. Logistics under control: You support the monitoring of goods deliveries and contribute to ensuring delivery capacity. Stocks in sight: You report stock stocks monthly and participate in range planning. Customer service: You support customer service in the field of goods delivery and help in solving delivery requests. Team player: You work closely with the team and take over operational and administrative tasks in the daily business.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, first practical experience in transport logistics, distribution, forwarding or customs processing. Secure handling of MS Office and SAP (e.g. SAP SD and MM) as well as ideally experience dealing with the document management system D3. Team spirit, flexibility and a high degree of initiative. Secure communication skills in German and English - oral and written. A structured, independent and result-oriented way of working. A sovereign appearance. A hand-on mentality and the willingness to react flexibly to new challenges.
