Senior Manager:in Global Master Data (m/f/d)

In the global Data & Process Excellence environment, you build our Group-wide Master Data Management and create the basis for data-driven decisions in the entire Eppendorf Group.

You are responsible for the conceptual structure and the professional management of the Global Master Data Management (MDM) By developing a clear MDM target image, data strategies and data governance approaches, you create binding framework conditions for all companies. The professional management of decentralized master data teams will take you, coordinate tasks and priorities and ensure close cooperation across locations, functions and business areas. You define global data standards, taxonomys, data models and attribute catalogs for the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and make sure that You are implemented consistently in the relevant systems. For the data quality strategy, you take responsibility, tax initiatives to improve master data quality, drive the harmonisation of master data group-wide and establish suitable methods and KPIs. In all master data-related streams of the global SAP-S/4HANA migration program, you will play a leading role, prioritize requirements and ensure close integration of migration, governance and quality activities. You set up a global data council, guide this autonomous, secure compliance and audit readiness according to ISO 13485, IFRS and local GAAP, and promote data-driven culture at Eppendorf.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable subject area In addition, you bring several years of experience in data management or master data management, a large part of it in the SAP environment with SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Finded knowledge in SAP S/4HANA data models (e.g. MM, SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, BP) you are sure to build efficient end-to-end processes for master data. Modern data quality methods and procedures such as Matching/Deduplication, Golden Record and Reference Data Management are mastered and used to systematically establish high data quality and consistent data usage. In cooperation with international, cross-functional teams as well as in projects in the regulated environment - for example, according to ISO 13485 - you are confident and responsible for compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements. At C level, you communicate convincingly and target-group-oriented, use your distinctive stakeholders management skills and create clarity on priorities, dependencies and decision-making needs. A strong lateral leadership competency in the cross-functional environment helps you to combine different interests and to enforce common standards and solutions without direct control. German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile and allow you to safely moderate global bodies, workshops and voting.
