Procurement and vote: In close cooperation with Sales and Project Management, you are responsible for creating offers for our customers worldwide. Experience with ERP systems: You already have experience in maintaining sales-related data in an ERP system and are motivated to acquire new technical skills with us. Organizational talent: Your organizational skills are particularly important for the appointment and travel planning of the sales team so that everything goes smoothly. Management and evaluations: As an experienced assistant, you can easily perform general administrative tasks such as document management and the creation of evaluations. You know exactly what it takes, and always keeps an overview. Communication: Thanks to your communicative strength, you master communication in German and English and contribute so effectively and confidently to support the team in all areas.

Completed vocational training: A completed technical or commercial training, for example as a merchant for office communication or office businessman. Professional experience: Multiannual experience as an assistance in the area of sales or project management and/or sales is an advantage – professional beginners are also welcome. ERP system knowledge: experience in handling an ERP system. MS Office knowledge: Secure handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, additional language skills are advantageous.
