They act as a central specialist for our cross-site candidate management and actively support as an internal and external HR contact partner You are responsible for our digital candidate management - from the creation of the function description/job alert, selection of suitable recruiting channels, identification of suitable candidates, appointment of interviews to structured on-boarding The further development of the recruiting process and the recognition and benefits of new trends and target group-specific channels are part of your task They develop a sustainable KOLB Group employer branding strategy and implement it in cooperation with the local HR and marketing team They support active sourcing through identifying and addressing potential candidates via various online platforms You are responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of recruiting events and trade fairs in cooperation with the marketing department In addition, you will develop matching KPIs for recruiting and create reports as well as HR statistics for personnel controlling and keep various agreements and contracts independent Building an active network and talent pool as well as active participation and collaboration in HR projects complete your profile

They have completed commercial vocational training for the industrial businesswoman, office businesswoman or similar Ideally, you will have a completed training course for the HR specialist (m/w/d) or a completed study with a focus on personnel/marketing They bring first professional experience in operational recruiting, employer branding and strategic project experience in the field of personnel acquisition with You have a very good communication skills, have joy in dealing with people and an innovative way of thinking They are familiar with the common social media channels as well as recruiting portals and bring experience in Active Sourcing and the direct candidate address You have secure knowledge of working law as well as dealing with the current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) They are routined in dealing with a candidate management software as well as in planning and organizing trade fairs and recruiting events They behave team-oriented, work structured and efficient and are characterized by high communication strength, reliability and discretion
