In our two optimally developed buildings, we serve on the one hand 7 people with low physical restrictions / higher assistance requirements and on the other hand 9 people with severe physical limitations. Your day looks like this: • Within your easy-to-understand housing group, you will support people with disabilities throughout the course of the day and design them together • They develop individual accompanying plans for residents, identify individual needs, interests and potentials • They build up leisure opportunities for people in senior age or with a high level of care and experience them together • They support basic care and treatment care • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our residents, work in cooperation with team, relatives, legal advisors and our experts who support you in your work
