You have a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. computer science clerk) and brings experience in the field of user management with You have basic knowledge in the field of Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office365 and basic knowledge in relevant standard hardware and software You have experience in handling ITSM tools and implement them according to ITIL-Best-Practise in the daily business You are characterized by flexibility, independent work as well as a structured and careful way of working and reliably and timely tasks Proofable very good German skills complete your profile (at least language level C1 of the Common European Framework for Languages, if German is not a native language)
